Scott ... maybe that's why it was so familiar, but my mom and dad had an amazing library that I was welcome to comb through any time ... and I did!! So I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have the book, too. Your use of this one in the still life is genius ... I love still life stuff ... need to do more of it!!!

I wasn't so lucky. There were not many books at home growing up. Dad only had a grade school education. Mom would get books from the library. So my experiences came from the public library. In fact, I just retired after 38 years working in a public library as a graphic artist. I very much appreciate your encouragement of my still life work. It is a work in progress.
